Terms & Condirions

  1. Booking and Payment:
    • To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required.
    • Full payment must be made prior to the event date.
    • Payments can be made via credit/debit card, business check, cash, apple Pay, cash app or zelle and/or ACH.
  2. Cancellation and Refunds:
    • Any Deposit or Pre-Payment are non refundable, however, we have the right to issue you a credit for any paid funds associated with the event to use or gift for a later event within the same calendar year.
    • Cancellations made less than [30/days] before the event will result in forfeiture of the full payment.
    • Refunds are not provided for any unused time during the event.
  3. Responsibilities:
    • The client is responsible for providing a suitable space and power source for the photobooth.
    • Any damage to the equipment caused by negligence or misuse will incur additional charges.
    • RMD Photobooths reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the rental if deemed necessary for the safety of equipment or personnel.
  4. Image Usage:
    • RMD Photobooths may use event photos for promotional purposes unless specified otherwise by the client.
    • The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for the use of any copyrighted material in the photos.
  5. Liability:
    • RMD Photobooths shall not be liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the use of the photobooth.
    • The client agrees to indemnify and hold RMD Photobooths harmless from any claims arising from the event.
  6. Miscellaneous:
    • These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and RMD Photobooths.
    • Any modifications to the agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
